Today we’ll delight you with two beautiful spouses, they’re Deirdre and Brian.

They chose an elegant location without renouncing to the typical Tuscan rural style. But I think you can admit that the results were great!!!

Early in the morning our beautiful Deirdre started to get ready with the help of her bridesmaids, all with sky-blue elegant dresses with a dark band under the chest.  The bride went for a total white look! And for the make up she wanted a very natural look..but we have to say… She was naturally beautiful and didn’t need for additional accessories! 🙂

The bridal gown was perfect for her, a tight mermaid sleeveless wedding gown! And the shining Tuscan sun made her look like a princess with her long blonde hair and the long veil on her head.  Total white look even for the bridal bouquets and boutonnieres, very elegant indeed!

The journey towards Cortona started later in the morning on a white Fiat 500 car heading to a Catholic church in this beautiful town. The big chapel was simple and elegant at the same time with red and baroque details, exactly how the couple wanted it to be!

When the charming music of the harp began to echo in the church, everybody knew that Deirdre had arrived! A smart groom in black was anxiously waiting for her at the altar and it was nice to see the long long walk of our bride through the church…from faces it looked like it was an endless (and anxious!) moment for our loving couple!

The ceremony ran smoothly until the very (happy 🙂 ) end! And finally, our Deirdre and Brian began to relax a bit one next to the other. The two headed towards the part-terre, a tree-lined avenue of Cortona with Italian garden and fountain in the middle. An alfresco aperitif was ready to welcome the spouses and guests and fortunately the trees shadows and a soft breeze refreshed everyone in this warm August day!

Cortona became the first background of their wedding photos! Deirdre and Brian for once in life became the main protagonists of the town: along the main street, in lovely corners, in front of the antiquary and down the steps of the town hall. Then, the Fiat 500 car make them end their wedding day in Tuscany in the best way ever.. our uncontaminated and old countryside gave the best lights and shades to this loving couple’s memories.

Then, don’t ask me why, but our crazy driver stopped our spouses to a fire department to let them play a bit… photos say more! Finally, a nice en plein air wedding reception and a giant wedding cake in a typical Tuscan venue made our spouses dream a bit more about their fabulous wedding day in Cortona..

Happy (and funny 🙂 ) wedding day, don’t you think?
