Practice your chef skills for your Pizza wedding party in Italy!

• 8 g of yeast
• 1 spoon of extra virgin olive oil

Heat up slightly 250 ml of water, so that it is at room temperature, and melt then yeast. Place the flour on a pastry board, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and gradually pour the water with the dissolved yeast and then knead until mixture is smooth, adding a little ‘of warm water if the dough It becomes too dry.
When you’ve got an elastic dough, soft and smooth, put into a bowl, cover with a cloth and let rise for at least 4-5 hours.
After rising time, roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured work surface.
Grease a baking dish with oil (or 2, if the pans are small). Place in the baking dish the basis for the pizza, sprinkle the tomatoes and flavor with a little oil, salt and oregano. Bake in a hot oven for about 20-25 minutes at 200 ° C.
